The inscription on the voting sheet: Wake up Russia, no to war, Putin is a murderer.

Lawyer and human rights advocate Alena Popova conducted an analysis. According to her findings, out of a total of 585,832 paper ballots, 20,058 were invalid. Thus, more than 3% of those who voted traditionally said 'NO' to this election. This can be considered a record, as the number of spoiled ballots in previous elections did not exceed 1%.
It's also worth noting that an invalid ballot is one where either all candidates or none of them were selected. Therefore, it is impossible to determine the number of people who did vote but left an anti-war or other 'message' on their ballot.
In her Telegram post (https://t.me/alenapopova/4068), Alena draws the following conclusion: "The system knows that people will not vote for it silently and joyfully. Therefore, they create conditions to ensure that the voices of the dissatisfied go unheard. But those voices do exist. The more we demonstrate unity and resolve, the sooner it will become clear that their majority is built on coercion and manipulation. One day, it will burst like a soap bubble, quite unexpectedly for them."
