Alena Feoktistova, a mother of many children from the Murmansk region, was fined 30,000 rubles for a year-old comment on VKontakte.

The Pudozh District Court of Karelia found the woman guilty under the article on discrediting the army.
A protocol was drawn up against Feoktistova on January 25, 2023, due to comments on VKontakte. According to the conclusions of the examination, she stated that "the Russian Armed Forces do not provide soldiers with protective equipment, soldiers and officers are forced to buy uniforms, including bulletproof vests, with their own money."
However, the reason for persecution was a comment she left in February 2023: "Dear Russian 'defenders of the homeland'! Have you ever thought about a simple question... This is cannon fodder, bulletproof vests, and blocking detachments... These are group rapes and bombings of kindergartens... Today you are powerless slaves sent to die so that your slave owner can rule over you forever."
