A criminal case has been initiated against journalist Andrey Serafimov under the charge of incitement to anti-state activities
Russian journalist Andrey Serafimov is facing criminal charges related to activities against the security of the state. The exact reason for initiating the case is currently unknown. Since 2019, he has been an independent journalist collaborating with "Meduza" and "Novaya Gazeta Europe," as well as the author of the Telegram channel "Barkhatnaya, Street" where he covers protests related to Alexey Navalny and organizes actions in defense of students' rights.
